The starting point for the lobby design was the human experience: a transition from the hectic Israeli street into a private, calm, and embracing space. The goal was to create an environment that contrasts with the outside—darker, quieter, and more intimate—conveying a sense of understated luxury and a clear message: I’ve arrived home.
The entrance opens into an impressive double-height space that leads to a more intimate elevator lobby. A combination of tall wood cladding, dark porcelain stoneware, and rounded columns clad in wood and concrete in an asymmetrical composition creates a strong presence and a precisely balanced “wow” effect, completed by carefully selected furniture and lighting.
The design connects aesthetics and functionality, using dark tones to create depth and elegance. The floor lobbies continue to be the same material language, forming a clear and cohesive design line that guides residents seamlessly from the public realm into the private one.
